Well, the weekend is here finally and in two short days, millions of us will be in front of our TVs (and maybe even computers) watching the Super Bowl. What should you know about going into this Sunday? Well, first off, you should probably cheer for the Patriots because the Packers are no longer in the playoffs. Also, you should know about what time everything starts. I have searched long and wide around the internet so that you can feel fully prepared to watch the game! Here is what I have found.

Here's some numbers that are just absolutely painful to think about as someone who does not make hundreds of thousands of dollars a year.
Cheapest price of a ticket currently online: $2,300
Commercial price: Well, the cost of a 30 second commercial was $3 million. That's paying $100,000 for one second. How crazy is that? There goes my dream of being on a Super Bowl commercial!
Food consumption: The Super Bowl is the second biggest food consumption event of the year. The first is Thanksgiving! Talk about a day where people really indulge!
Winner's Rings: The league pays for the Super Bowl winning team's rings. These rings are generally worth somewhere around $5,000 a piece. That's a pretty penny!

Eli Manning, Peyton Manning's brother and Tom Brady, arch nemesis of Peyton Manning will be playing in the Colts hometown. Awwww too bad Peyton :(
The Buffalo Bills have the record for the most consecutive trips to the Super Bowl. They went four years in a row from 1990-1993...they lost every game.
Five percent of Americans will watch the Super Bowl alone...That is just saddening.
