Fresh Baked Friday: 4 Ingredient Nutella Cookies

With our big announcement of the top 5 Sound Off finalists coming on Friday, I decided to bring Fresh Baked Friday to the middle of your week instead. You'll forgive me for switching up the schedule when you try these incredible cookies.

Do you ever have those nights when you really, really need a cookie but you just don't have the energy to spend an hour or more in the kitchen? Never fear, because these 4 ingredient Nutella cookies are for you.

I was skeptical that a delicious cookie could actually come out of just 4 ingredients and less than 15 minutes in the kitchen, but I was proven wrong. These are life changing. If you love the famous hazelnut spread, you will love these cookies.

If you really want a treat, try them with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Nutella Cookies

1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 cup chocolate chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, combine Nutella, flour and egg. Stir until fully combined. You may need to slightly soften Nutella in the microwave to make stirring easier.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Drop by tablespoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheet and press down slightly to flatten.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and set on pan before removing to a wire rack.

Have you ever seen an easier cookie recipe?

Have a great weekend, everyone.
