Looking for a light lunch idea? On a budget? Try this delicious salad, packed with things you need, like vitamins!
Start with fresh romaine lettuce from the garden. If you don't have a garden, no big deal! Visit your local farmer's market, or your local grocery store. One head of lettuce is usually under $3. Add some fresh berries (look for a deal, like 2 packs of blueberries for $4), broccoli, dried cranberries (store brand versions are usually cheaper), sunflower seeds (you can usually get these for under $2), onions, and celery.

Or, make it your own and spice up your salad with different vegetables or berries if you'd like! I used a tablespoon of cranberry vinaigrette for the dressing, it was delicious! Try it out and add some freshness to your Friday!
