My Favorite Recipe
Super Berry Recovery! 1 cup seedless grapes; 1/2 apple; 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder; 3/4 cup coconut water 1.25 cups frozen blueberries. Blend in the processor bowl and enjoy!
