Throwback Thursday

For this week's Throwback Thursday, I wanted to find out where the child stars of ABC's Boy Meets World are today. Boy Meets World was the coming of age story of the Philadelphian kid, Cory Matthews. The TV series depicted Cory and his circle of friends from his boyhood to marriage. It aired from 1993 to 2000.

If you were a big Boy Meets World fan back in the day, good news: there will be a spin off series set to debut in 2014 on Disney Channel. The new series will be called Girl Meets World and will follow Riley Mathews, daughter or Corey and Topanga, main characters who eventually got married in the original series.

Ben Savage, 32, took a break from acting after the Boy Meets World ended. He wasn't tarnished from the limelight of childhood stardom, rather he wanted pursue higher education. He graduated from Stanford in 2004 with a political science degree.

In 2006 he got back into acting with the indie film, Palo Alto. He also made guest appearances on Phil of the Future, Chuck, and Without a Trace.

Danielle Fishel didn't pursue hefty acting career after the show ended, but did appear in 2003’s National Lampoon Presents Dorm Daze and its 2006 sequel, National Lampoon's Dorm Daze 2: College at Sea

For a short period of time, she was a spokeswoman for the NutriSystem diet. But for now, she is 32, a recent college graduate, and she’s engaged to a man named Tim Belusko.

Happy Thursday everyone!
